Return Policy

1.The customer can exchange the product for free once only if there is a defect in the product, within seven days of receipt.

2. Pay the difference to the selected product if any and the product is in good condition with the same original packagin

3. Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is considered the customer's acknowledgement that the shipment is sound and in good condition and was not opened before receipt
4. Return is done within three days in case of refund the customer is obliged to deliver the shipment after sending the shipment policy to one of the branches of our authorized shipping companies
5. The product is encased from abroad and the company logo is not opened on the product. If the company logo is opened on the product, the returns are null and void and the customer is not entitled to claim the refund

Warranty Policy
Warranty is cancelled according to the following: -

1. Damage caused by traffic accidents, negligence or modification.
2. Damage caused by misuse, water or fire.
3- Remove the serial number or attempt to mess with it or tear it.
4. The warranty does not include transportation expenses from the customer's location to our centres.
5. The piece will not be accepted unless the customer submits a sealed purchase invoice with the company's seal
The warranty is valid from the date of the purchase invoice.
7. The maximum liability of Fuel must not exceed the real purchase price of the product itself.
