- Delivery of the commodity to the customer may be delayed for more than 3 days depending on the availability of our piece or due to shipping companies, we communicate with the customer and inform him in advance of the delivery date.
- We ensure that the purchase price is the same as the said price when pricing the customer, the customer is not entitled to claim any compensation or change the price after placing the purchase order.
- All purchase rates do not include delivery fees if any which will be added to the total cost of ordering in the final invoice received by the customer.
- All refund operations are done electronically
- The Site may have to refuse or cancel any purchase for any reason whatsoever to any customer at any time and without giving the reason for either the Customer or any other party.
- Al-Sabbah disclaims responsibility for any transaction in which payment has been made outside the site or application or with someone other than our company delegates, and Al-Ibbal is not responsible for any transfers carried out other than its official accounts mentioned in the website and the application.
